I use a straight razor once in a while and have collected a few of them. Though, I haven’t fully shaved my face since August 2013.

We also have to add a line in our letters with the knives that states that our knives may have nickle in the steel and that nickle can cause cancer. A California law that is mandatory by this summer.

Awesome post, I’m always trying to improve my skills with a kitchen knife. The way a pro can use them blows my mind sometimes. I learned the avocado seed trick from Rick Bayless and it was a game changer. Thanks for sharing.

Mine was difficult to reinstall too. Try running the screw in a couple turns without the flipper, to make sure the threads are clear. And make sure the flipper is oriented correctly. Good luck!
