I like wharncliffe PE Delica, those seem to be in decline. Are you certain serrated edge knifes are in decline any more than any of the other knives that are out there? Models and variants seem to come and go.

Step 1 - Used a Delica 4 K390 PE to open the buck and remove the internals along with a Sagen Saw to cut the pelvic and breast bones.

Very soon … I was at the SFO a little after the Chief Crucarta was released. There was a dyad jr on display that you could handle but not purchase … word at that time is they were being shipped, when received would then go through QC/QA, and then would start shipping to dealers.
