Autonomy 2 DLC – need help

I have a couple of questions for other Autonomy 2 DLC owners. Does your blade show any marks on the coating from contact with the liners? Also, on my example, the safety lock only moves halfway when the blade is open — do you know what could cause this, and whether it’s an easy fix or something more serious? My satin version locks perfectly in both positions.

I decided to treat myself to an Autonomy 2 DLC for my birthday, but so far I seem to have gotten a couple of “lemons.” The first one had quite pronounced marks on the blade coating from the liners – the blade sat slightly off vertically, too close to the liner on one side making a contact when deploying. The seller kindly arranged a replacement.

This second one still has similar marks in the same area, but much lighter — I can live with that. I suspect it may be due to one scale not sitting perfectly at 90°from what I see. However, the safety lock issue is more concerning. Any input would be appreciated.
