Glock 20 with a plus 2 magazine. 18 rounds of full power 10mm without a reload. Why? Because I can.

Sig p365. I got this gun because of its conceal ability. It fits great in either the
Front pocket or back pocket of my Wrangler jeans. Here in AZ there are no
Restrictions on concealing a hand gun. No permits or licenses required either.

My daily carry is a HK P30sk V1 LEM, although it’s a compact there’s really nothing small about it, but in hand it’s one extremely comfortable pistol and shoots like a full size pistol.

Current CCW is a Ruger LCR.
Used to carry a S&W 36 but I prefer the trigger on the LCR.
After a buddy's recommendation, and handling one, I'm seriously looking at the S&W Bodyguard 2.0. It's the first compact .380 I've handled that I like how it feels in-hand. Additionally, the trigger feels a lot better than comparable compact .380s.

I didn’t know they redid the bodyguard. Unloaded is 10oz. Dang. I’ve carried the M&P Shield in 9mm but this would be half the weight

Re: What are people’s CCW?
started out with different brands before I settled on a S&W M&P 9mm full size when they first came out. Then downsized to a shield 9mm. Then downsized again to the bodyguard 2.0.
don't see it changing anytime soon. I can carry 24rds of hollow points and still go for a trail run in relative comfort. No other gun matches my active lifestyle -and- hand size quite like the BG2.0. Perfect EDC for me.
Still carry the shield sometimes, but it's rare.
Like the BG2.0 so much I have another coming soon.
I have mine setup for ultra deep carry. Never prints, even in swim trunks and a tank.

the difference is substantial. I can comfortably and securely carry the bg2.0 in f'in running shorts with a regular kydex holster,no belt. Shield feels about twice as heavy with full mags, and surprisingly worse while shooting in a lot of ways. The BG2.0 shoots so well for the size.RugerNurse wrote: ↑Sun Aug 17, 2025 2:36 pmI didn’t know they redid the bodyguard. Unloaded is 10oz. Dang. Re: What are people’s CCW?
I'm a fan. It fills the niche I had. I have a Shield (1.0) and Dagger and liked them, but I needed something I could carry without needing to put on a belt, holster, etc. It is on the edge of too large for my specific pockets, but I make it work. I typically wear jeans and chino type shorts.
While the Bodyguard 2.0 is a better pocket pistol, when I bought there was a $150+ difference, so that made the determination for me. The BG2.0 was new at the time also, where the Max was essentially a known quantity. The specific one I bought is the 75th anniversary edition which fixed two complaints people had: poor slide finish causing rust (75th is stainless), and trigger shoe pinch (different trigger shoe on the 75th). So far I have not had any rust issues on any part of the gun, even pocket carrying in the south. I have sent it back to Ruger once due to occasional failure to return to battery. They replaced the slide assembly and last range visit it was 100%.
Fully loaded with 10+1 HST it runs 15.5oz including holster.

In gym shorts I'll carry a S&W bodyguard 2.0 in a Kydex IWB holster. It's just a fantastic little pistol and shoots like a much larger gun.
In regular pants I'll carry either a HK45C with 8+1 in a CompTac CTAC IWB holster, or if I'm going somewhere I feel it warrants more capacity I'll carry a P30SK with 17+1 mag in a CompTac Minotaur IWB holster.
