Please help me identify this vintage Spyderco [Found: C56 Zowada]

I found this one online (the one on the right). It looks interesting and rare buy I have no idea what It Is. Nice find?

Awesome man, thanks! Pretty cool piece, It looks like some kind of folding sgian-dubh knife.

That is an original C56 Tim Zowada. I have the carbon fiber sprint run from a few years ago. Nice piece that you don't often see these days.

I do intend to actually EDC this one, any weak spot or wear and tear to look out for in this model?
On another note, every C56 I see online is numbered and this one isn't, how so?
Edit: It appears that only the first 200 of the first run were numbered.

Oh it's even better then, I think it should be grippier when wet. I consider taking it fishing so that's good I guess.

The guy offered It to me for 170, do you think it's a good deal for such model and make? The knife is sold as collectors item, unused...

Update, the guy has no box anymore, seems like I'll be able to snag it for 130. Sounds good to me?
I'll be definitely making a little review here on the forums as soon as I've been able to test it, it looks like this one is going to be one **** of a user.
