[Pics Request] Thickness comparison, Native 5 family.

#1

Post by Xformer »

As a fan of the Native 5, I would need a picture comparing the thickness between all three Native 5 : FRN, G10 and linerless G10.

If possible, from different viewpoints. Thickness is always though to gauge from pictures.

If one good soul that owns the three of them could accept my request, he would do me a great service.

Thanks in advance.

From L - R: Black G10 with liners, linerless red G10, grey FRN. The G10 with liners is slightly thinner, with the linerless and FRN models having the same thickness.

Their width feels the same in my hand, for what its worth.

Gigantic thanks to you ! That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the many angles too.

I didn't expect the G10 with liners to be the thinnest of the bunch.

Nice now I wish they made some more models with the liners. I like heft in G10. If you want light weight just get the FRN.

Completely disagree. Linerless G10 is fantastic, heavily milled-liners are nice, and full liners a paper weight.

Linerless FRN is featherweight...
So it goes.
