Which model has the most Sprints/Exclusives/Variants?
Which model has the most Sprints/Exclusives/Variants?
Just guessing I'm gonna say either the Delica or Para 2, but I figured someone can nail down a definitive answer?

Seems like the Para2 might have the most steels.
I remember before all the steel sprints and exclusives there were people with huge Endura collections.

Para 3 has had some over the last few years but the PM2 has to be hands down the winner of said title by a large margin.
I wouldn’t even be able to guess how many varieties I have seen over the years since release.
Fanboys (I mean this in a nice way) from years ago don’t seem to be as common as they were several years ago…..

I figured the Para 2 due to internet hype and sheer popularity, but the Delica and all of it's previous generations may have the edge just because it's been around longer.
But, maybe adding up all of the Delica generations into one collection isn't fair, otherwise we should do the same with the Paramilitary 1 and to me those are completely different models.

Re: Which model has the most Sprints/Exclusives/Variants?
Since I don´t just buy some models that appeal to me, but follow Spyderco more closely (less than three years now I guess): I´d say the Para 3. IN that time frame this might be true, and perhaps the Para 3 actually is the model with the most "variants per minute" (of existence)
But in reality I have no idea.

Top three going by pocket-time (update April 25):
- EDC: Endela SE (K390). Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10), Chaparral SE (CTS XHP)
- Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), Endela SE (K390)

I figured that was the answer. It may seem like I'm on the forum a lot but I'm actually at work and I pop in for 30 seconds at a time between tasks so I didn't have time to research this morning

Re: Which model has the most Sprints/Exclusives/Variants?
There does not seem to any definitive answers coming here. I am interested in this as I have a Delica 4 EDC collection in different steels and have been thinking how many have been produced. I currently have 9 different ones and looking at acquiring 2 more that I know of. Just wondering how many more are out there to complete my collection.

I think I have all of the Para Military 2's [51] except for Pink and the Colorado Flag Sprint that would bring the number to 52 plus 2 new releases coming soon. (Not Counting the S45VN steel change for the regular cataloged Para Military 2's)
My count for the Para 3's is 32
