i will forever have a soft spot in my heart for the pacific salt in h1. it will forever remind me of my years i spent in hawaii and it is the knife that brought me back to spyderco. it also is responsible for changing the way i think about edc tools and my love for the spyderedge.

Dragonfly 2 h1 se. Large enough to open one handed easily, yet is compact and light. Can sit in a very small tackle box or other container/bag forever.. Just something special about the dragonfly. Probably has something to do with a dragonfly being the first spyderco I bought and carried a lot. Especially when walking around lakes/ponds fishing.

I've posted this several times already, but here it is again:

I love this knife! It's so light and versatile. And the best part is that mine locks up like a bank vault. It has no play in any direction, and the pivot never loosens.

Sometimes when I dive, I carry three cutting tools including the Enuff. Love that knife. Topside, will find either an H1 Dragonfly or the Pacific Salt in my gear bag.

Pacific Salt. It changed the way I thought about serrations.

It’s gotta be my customized Pacific Salt that was reground by Brad Southard. Here it is diving in Saipan exactly 10 years ago.
