I've always loved the blues that Spyderco has put out over the years in their scales. Each one is a little different shade and the latest "blue-gray" color scales of the V-Toku2 sprint runs are really fun. They have a lot of color range depending on the light, which has always made my carry knife more enjoyable for me since it keeps it new and interesting.
I took some of my blue Spydies out for a little comparison today. Top pic is indoors under house lighting. Bottom is outside in natural light. Unfortunately I don't have my superblue Endura anymore to compare, but as you can see, the "blue-grey" is the lightest of all the colors I currently have; even a shade lighter than the "denim" that the Kahr Delica came in. I think this is a really nice color, and I'm glad to see Spyderco continuing to play with color and shade in their sprint offerings. Thanks Sal!!

Thanks for the pics! The FRCP S110v blue is still my favorite, but I like the Toku blue very much.

Agreed! That is a stunning shade of blue. V-Toku blue is right up there though; most certainly! :cool:bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Wed Jul 04, 2018 9:29 amI really like the blue on the BBS Lil' Matriarch.
