Native Question

I just puchased a Native (serrated blade). IT looks and feels great. My only issue with the knife is that when the blade is at about a 45 degree angle through a 90 degree angle, when I am opening the knife, I get a considerable amount of drag. It lookssounds like this blade is dragging on the handle. Is this normal? Will the blade opening become smoother as time goes on? Do I need some sort of oil or grease somewhere?

A bit of friction sounds normal to me. You should defintitely lubricate the knife with regular oil or something special like White Lighting.
