Your Spyderco Christmas EDC

#1

Post by SpyderNut »

Christmas is nearly here and it's time to determine which Spydie(s) will grace your pocket on the morning of December the 25th. For myself, I will probably go with the Lil' Lionspy and HAP-40 Manbug. Or possibly the Phoenix and WolfSpyder. Haven't decided just yet. :o

So, go on and pick yer poison. :D

Merry Christmas to all!

That could be a couple of knives away for me, but odds are I will be carrying Cruwear- either a Military or PM2.

Merry Christmas!!!

My Spyderco Manix 2 XL S90V Carbon Fiber is in rotation as my Primary :spyder: for my Christmas Eve and Christmas Day EDC. It'll accompany my Spyderco Delica 4 Black FRN PE and Spyderco Delica 4 Black FRN SE. On those occasions when I’m out of the house on those days, I’ll swap these :spyder:s out for my Spyderco Caly 3s in PE and SE for a more discreet carry, and will also EDC my Spyderco Assist in Orange FRN.

I reckon I will crack open another NIB Kopa for this year. As I am getting older I have been gravitating toward the smaller LBK 'gentlemen's knives'. However, also being Christmas day means a lot of packaging and ties to be opened and cut at both my outlaws and also my parents place and at my own place. So most likely I will bring along a Delica or Para... but maybe a Leatherman just because it has pliers/ cutters on it. LOL :)

Right now I have my Caly3 in my pocket. Earlier I had a purple DF2.

Despite it being a sedate and family oriented day, I'll be toting something large and serrated edge.....Clamshell packages, cable ties and other such nasties will despatched with aplomb. :D

Probably my favourite Police all stainless.... A classic. Like Christmas itself
Warhammer 40000 is- basically- Lord Of The Rings on a cocktail of every drug known to man and genuine lunar dust, stuck in a blender with Alien, Mechwarrior, Dune, Starship Troopers, Fahrenheit 451 and Star Wars, bathed in blood, turned up to eleventy billion, set on fire, and catapulted off into space screaming "WAAAGH!" and waving a chainsaw sword- without the happy ending.

I love that you do that. I gave my brother my dad's knife. He got me to go to the store and buy it for him when I was a kid. I wanted my bro to have it to remember him.

I think I'll carry a Delica of some sort and a Manbug Superblue. Merry Christmas, y'all!
- best wishes, Jazz.
