I emailed for a free sample of both, about 2 weeks ago, and got it in today's mail about 15min ago.
Had to wait till they thawed before the stuff would flow.
I don't know how people can say anything about the smell, I don't notice anything strong in it. Smells like the gun-blueing stuff I used as oil for a number of years. Just like the storage room in our house smells like...
Going to put a few drops in my millie and work it through, see how much crap I can get out of it. Haven't lubed in 2 weeks, waiting to try this on a air blown-only pivot.
Good sized "sample" of grease, don't have any idea how I'm gonna use this much of it. Could do my bike over and still have some to spare. The sample of miltech-1 is enough to last me about 2-3months, then I'll probably be buying more if it works.
sc_rebel/ron> you say you're going to be a dealer?

Jeff,
What model of Kimber do you have? They make a fine 1911, I long to own one myself. A local gunshop here just started bring them in recently, and man...am I drooling! Polishing the slide rails, feed ramp and barrel throat make a great gun even better. Did you also carefully polish inside the slide where the rails run, as well?
Best wishes, Jeff/1911.

Its a Classic Stainless 45 ACP.I still need to get the inside of the rails.I did not have anything small enought to get inside them. You better get one soon, the price has really jumped on them in the last couple years.I have had this one for about 1 1/2 yrs and the cheapest I could find it was 719.00 all the other dealers at that time was selling them for 799.00.Dad got one about a year before I did and got it for 509.00.BTW has the laws been changed so you can have pistols in Canada?I thought Canada done the same kind of thing that the UK and AUS.did.
