I would have to say my Mantra 1 is smoothest. Followed closely by my Sage 3. The GB1's and my PM2 aren't far behind. My Manix 2 G10, Sage 1 & 2, Delica/Lil Para, Native 5 G10, & Manix 2 LW's are no slouches either when it comes to action smoothness. I know you only asked for one but those others certainly deserve mentioning.

Gotta be my K2. Although it could just be that the weight of the blade makes it pivot so well.
Good gravy that's a big blade.

All are really nice and smooth. These came to mind. I don't have any bad action spydies.

The Pattada or Rubicon. Though my Cruwear Manix 2, Yojimbo 2, and Mitary are all quite smooth too.

The Pattada has a wonderful ball-milled groove that acts as a ramp for the detent ball. It flicks open very smoothly.

For the Rubicon, Manix 2, Yojimbo, and Military their blades all swing freely when unlocked but none of them have blade play. That's pretty smooth.

Sage3 for me as well. I wonder what sets it apart.

I think Taichung makes their washers out of butter.

My Super Blue Delica is crazy smooth too but it didn't come that way. It has just been carried a ton and is very, very well broken in.

How do you like your mamba?
I handled and flipped one for a couple minutes and I actually didnt like it much at all.
The unsharpened swedge made zero sense to me.
I love it, it's one of the nicest Spyderco knives I own. It flips perfectly, the ergos are great, awesome materials, locks up tight. The unshaprened swedge is due to the grind. The custom knife has it too. Honestly, I couldn't care less that it's there, and i actually think it looks kinda cool. That's this knifes main job in my opinion. Look cool. It's a collector piece for me. If I need something to cut really well I'll grab a UKPK or something :)

I'd have to say probably my Nilakka after getting greased or my Southard. Very close runner-up would be my Sage 3.

My PM2 Jade M4. I have a PM2 Digicam S30V that is just as smooth, purchased brand new earlier this year. Looks like the Sage 3 is a very smooth knife. I will be searching for the blue one soon...
