Powernoodle blue Endura

#1

Post by twinboysdad »

whatever became of this sprint that seemed very likely to be run a few years ago? Sign me up for 2 if it ever happens. Sal seemed pretty confident on BF's that this would happen

He asks Sal for "Powernoodle blue" versions of Spydies that he likes over on bladeforums.

I'm on board with it 100% of the time :)

There is supposed to be a blue g10 delica and endura coming in Super Gold. Is this what you are talking about? It should be on it's way. When? Only time will tell. ;)

Is smurf blue and power noodle blue the same? :confused:

Any way we can get a mock-up pic of this? Sounds pretty interesting.

See post 9. No pics but he constantly asks for it on BF. My guess is that Sal more or less obliged or at at least acknowledged his request after so many times bringing it up.

"Powernoodle blue" is darker than smurf blue. His avatar is the actual color.

It will more or less look like this: http://www.cutleryshoppe.com/images/pro ... BLT_ZL.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I had heard about the g10 SG2 delica but had not heard what color the G10 was going to be. Is blue confirmed?

Haha, never realized this was a thing... but I dig it. Maybe that's the same color as the new Jester sprints, too?

Never heard or read about a confirmed.color for Super Gold, either... what ever happened to that "official" thread anyway, seemed to have faded out fast.
Going back to Caly.

hmmm... maybe I just combined the blue g10 run with the super gold run in my head. Maybe there are three runs in the works? Sorry if I added any confusion.

Most recent verified info is here (second post on page 2): viewtopic.php?f=2&t=66830" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Color of the G10 SG2 steel Delica/Endura has not been verified yet. That darker blue would be a very nice choice.

I am still confused. Is the blue g10 run gonna be in Super Gold or are these two different runs?

Sal and his cryptic responses keep me up at night! Just kidding. :D

Powernoodle, Esq. is a cool guy. This SG2 Endura is news to me though. Takefu foundry? Seems like I recall seeing it on their webpage. I remember the steel too. It was a clean steel that took nice edges. Powder steel is my guess.
