Your first purchase of 2015?

#1

Post by gbelleh »

Well, I couldn't resist Cutlery Shoppe's price on the Rubicon, so it's my first Spydie purchase of 2015. How many of you have already started 2015 with new knife purchases?

Just bought another Dogtag Folder. This one will be a gift for my brother, though.

You guys are coming out of the gate swinging! The Rubicon is a great knife, you might have heard about the fit and finish by now.

Man that picture sure does get me excited to get mine LC, I also broke down today and picked up a Techno (which I've wanted for at least a year) and a fluted titanium military, I didn't even realize they use to be anodized, sure wish I could have snagged one of those.

I couldn't resist the orange accents on the Rubicon.

Came home after a New Years Eve party and scooped up the 204p Domino, and hey, why pay for shipping twice.. The s90v military. I'm as happy about this inebriated purchase as I'm mad at myself. But I knew I'd have to be a little loose to pull the trigger on these two. No new knives til at least my birthday.

I just ordered an Endura4 Emerson opener a half hour ago. I almost ended up with the matriarch, but the Endura won. I really like the Rubicon, but its out of my price range. So i'll just window shop it.

Slysz Bowie for me. I've been looking at this folder since Sept 2014 and I can't wait to work it into my standard EDC rotation.
