As Rycen said, I guess that doesn't prove anything as in if it's a counterfeit or not.

If you bought from someone/a dealer you trust and the knife feel like the real deal, I'd say that dent is no reason to worry.
If it's not polished, call it a saw, not an edge!

Well, its my first Military , havent even a Para yet. It is off center as well but the issue seems w/ the grind more than a "off center" issue. One side seems straight as the other has the taper, plus a pretty big wobble/wonk in that sides grind..if that makes any sense. I received this in a trade from a "Gold" member w/ excellent feedback on another board. There is no reason to doubt it...but I did anyway, being fairly new to Spyderco's and have yet to even handle any Military or Para, let alone a Ti version....Asked him if there were any chance of this being a counterfeit, as he claimed to have received it in a trade also from a reputable member...a private transaction all the same..

Ive contacted Spyderco...going to ship this to them as to address the centering/grind issue. Im assuming they will know if this is a counterfeit, instantly..
