That would be whatever knife you had on you at the time you got stranded......

Depending on the mode of travel it's very likely one wouldn't have any knife on them at all...

Schempp Rock would be great, Rock Salt would be even better. But I'd probably go with the knife designed for wilderness survival: the Bushcraft.

Something tough and easy to sharpen. Rock salt in h1 might fit the bill.

I am seriously reevoluating my accumulation and probably after selling few more pieces I will award myself with Schempp Rock, just in case if I will ever get lost in a wild :) :D
