Maybe it’s just me that just noticed this. :o (I can be a bit slow sometimes)

Two Spyderco Military’s.
A standard and a left hand model, so the locks are different.

But what else is different.

Do you mean the engravings? It's pretty cool that Spyderco does that for the left handed Millies.

Yep! :D

It’s just that the Spydie bug has crawled to the other side of the blade on the left hand model.

Is that the only model with bug on that side of the blade?

Maybe it just so they don’t get mixed up when fitting them. I’m guessing that the only other difference in the blade would be the angle on the lock.

Both the spydie bug and the words are on opposite sides making them mirrored images of each other. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Thats pretty cool... you think they'd just use the same blade from the part bins, but its not entirely that easy; Since they have to regrind the direction of the tang, they might as well flip the logos too while they were at it!
Spyderco please make a wire clip version of the Manbug/Ladybug!

That's what I saw.

Interesting that they would have a "left hand clip" for the Military.

The "Golden, Colorado USA Earth" inscription appears better centered between the hole and the edge of the ricasso on the left hand model than on the right hand model.

I've been wanting to get a Lefty Military and a Lefty HEST Folder. There are those times you want some extra cutting power in a full sized knife. I've been back pocket carrying my Police G-10 when I need that.

No, but Sal's lovely wife Gail is :) and I think she's one of the main reasons we southpaws get treated as well as we do.

I'd like the Southard if it were lefty friendly. Same with the Techno. Maybe someday.

This might just be the picture, but the left hand one appears to have more belly. Looks like its much more pronounced

There is some variance with the placement of the stamps. Usually it doesn't seem to be very much at all as Spyderco tolerances are quite good, but I have seen the occasional stamp that isn't uniform (deeper on one side, lighter on another), skewed at a slight angle or even partially obscured (with the knife locked in the open position).
