For some reason these folders just started really appealing to me. Anybody have any experience good or bad? I'd love to just get the LionSpy, but it's a bit of a price jump.

I have 3 SR1s and a LionSpy ..... all fantastic knives. If you like the blade shape and overall size/weight .... can't go wrong with either in my opinion. Aside from the obvious ..... the only other subtle difference between the SR1 and the LionSpy is that the LionSpy's lock bar is just a little thicker than the SR1's .... making it a little tougher to disengage. I don't find this a problem, but owning both models, it is something that is definitely noticeable.

The SR1B is an elegant knife. Fit and finish is great. Feels good in your hand. The down side for me is weight. It is heavy in the pocket. My edc is a Ti Milli RLL. The SR1 is noticeably heavier.

Well, my birthday is coming up, but I might just go with the Techno... or the Air... or, or, or... This knife thing is a curse.
