Man, I just picked up a Des Horn... I think it should be Obamas office carry... :p

Secondly, I personally can't stop playing with it! It's super light (only 2.0oz) & skinny in the pocket. Plus its probably the most beautiful knife I own.... polished & grooved G10 looks gorgeous!

I'm going post up a short overview on the weekend when I can take the time to take better photos.

Caly Damascus, it's subdued and symbolic.

Should made in Golden using Crucible or Carpenter steel. Shows support for US manufacturing. Which models qualify?

He doesn't need a knife, he carries 10 Secret Service agents as his EDC. Too bad he doesn't think the rest of us should be allowed to defend ourselves. Sorry...I'm going OT.

Sal said he gifted Obama a ti native in a recent post. Whether he carries it or not is speculatory, as is this entire thread :)

How about a CF Cricket, since it makes a great money clip.
Our reason is quite satisfied, in 999 cases out of every 1000 of us, if we can find a few arguments that will do to recite in case our credulity is criticized by someone else. Our faith is faith in someone else's faith, and in the greatest matters this is most the case.

There is a 2.5" limit in D.C. so I think he will have to file down the tip of a Bradley Air and carry it deep pocket.

Today I received a CRK Mnandi to celebrate our new (same) president, small but still not legal in DC which is 50 miles away from my place. I carry a Chicago or ZDP Dragonfly when I go.

A Presidential knife should be made overseas, fail to open properly, lock, or cut a darn thing, but it will look good on TV and appeal to the ladies. ;)

That is awesome!

For the people that don't have facebook, it basically says

"Following President Obama’s speech in Golden, CO on Thursday, a number of members of his Secret Service detail took the time to visit Spyderco. Here our engineer Doug Snyder gives the detail a VIP tour of the Spyderco factory. Spyderco is very honored that the men and women of the President’s security detail visited us and we thank them for their interest in our products and their service to our country."
