Snagged a Benchmade 380 for $36, but the tip is folded

I went to a REI "attic sale" where we were allowed 10 minutes to find 5 clearance items that were returned. One item i found was a Benchmade 380 barrage for only $36... But the tag said that the returner reported there was a "nick near point of blade". It is quite clear that they are the ones who nicked up the blade, but they actually ended up folding the edge over, very slightly. Not sure if it's worth repairing, or if i should just call it a good buy for $36 and try to ignore it.

Other than the edge being folded over, the knife is perfect otherwise, and i love the lock system on it. Pics incoming in an hour or two, i need to shower after i cut down some trees in the yard.

Send it in to the "Stay Sharp" program and get it a work up. Think it only costs shipping?

Is this the Benchmade warranty program?

I don't know if it is really part of a warranty program? More of a service they offer on their knives. Their website should have all the details.
