Post by b.TiMe. »

Could you fine gentlemen and ladies help me with the value of a few of my knives?
Here's the list I'm getting ready to trade and can't find much info out there. Thanks in advance for any responses I may get.

1) Lum Chinese Folder ZDP-189 (catalog # C65BKP)

2) Lum Chinese Folder CC# 293 (catalog # C65S)
-older serrated blade version with original box

3) Barong (catalog # C124GPFG)

4) Meerkat Sprint Run (catalog # C64JPBG)
-grey/blue handle

5) Lum Tanto Folder (can't find catalog)
-Black G-10 handles with Black Blade

6) Delica CC# 084 (catalog # C11SFG)

All are LNIB

Thanks again!

Maybe you should do it some other way dude. This might be interpreted as a poorly disguised way of saying you're selling those knives.

Not selling them here if that's what your getting at. Selling them locally. Just don't know the value. Thanks for the help....

Search eBay under completed auctions
We would rather be the knife in your pocket, because is "works" better, than the knife in your showcase, because it "looks" better.

I'm with Chuck. I'm sure it wasn't the intent but looking on a few forums or eBay will get rough prices.

Since there aren't official values out there (coins, Baseball cards, etc) it's really depending on the mood of the audience. I'd throw optimistic prices up and lower them gradually.

Generally: FRN 50-90 depending on steel or if a sprint, others 100-250 (same). Serrated usually gets a lower price and collector club numbers won't fetch more for the aficionados but eBay bidders love them due to perceived value.

Goodluck.

Thank you. I was looking under current auctions. I'll try completed. Much appreciated.
