I just wanted to share that I finally obtained the knife for which I have been searching for months now. I'm currently unable to post pics, but it is all that I had hoped and dreamed it would be. I'm glad that I held out for it because, due to to personal preferences, I really am much more impressed with it than I was with the current CF laminated ZDP version.

However, I still will ABSOLUTELY buy a Sprint version should it emerge in the future.

Congrats, d2. I remember how happy I was when I got my first Caly 3 in G10. It's a superb EDC knife and I was happy to snag one after it was discontinued. I'm definitely down for a future sprint.

Lucky you. I've been looking for one of those. I love my CF Caly 3, but really want to add the G10.

There's nothing like the feeling of scoring a knife you've been looking/hoping to acquire for months (sometimes more). Congrats!

Nice score! Great knives.

I'd love a G10 Caly 3 in a nice coyote brown color. Would be great. I'll buy whatever color they put out however :)

My boys gave me a Caly3 in G10 some years ago. Later, my older son and I bought the CF/ZDP version when Jeff L. had bargain-basement pricing on them. Although the materials in the CF/ZDP version are clearly superior, both of us far prefer the standard G10/VG10 version! :) Enjoy and congratulations.

Congrats,
G10 Caly3 is a great knife and near perfect EDC. I carried it since they came out and until I was able to replace with Caly3.5. Still love it and will carry tomorrow.
For anybody who is really looking for them, it shouldn't be a problem to buy. They shows up on e-bay quite often and go for about the same when they were in production.

Congrats on finding one. I sold mine about 2 years ago and have been regretting it ever since. If a sprint were to come out especially with a different color g10, I'd definitely get one.

Congrats! I got my first one as soon as I learned they were discontinued and liked it so much I bought a backup right away. I still EDC one and the other's in my knife toolkit, still BNIB. It's probably my favorite Spyderco.
