What is your technique to sharpen a spydie edge by yourself at home?
I have the sharpmaker and profile 701mf..

Just do as the video says usually. Fewer strokes in the unground side.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

I actually use the radiuses on the 701mf to sharpen the bevel on the ground side. They seem to fit perfectly. Same for the slip stone.

The Spyderco 701 Profile set to me is the best tool to sharpen Spyderedges. The radii you speak of will fit if you just alternate them to see which one fits your scallops the best. I've been using my 701 Profile kit to keep most of my fully serrated Spyder Edges sharp for quite some time now.
