What would you do with $70

#1

Post by Sithus1966 »

I have $70 in gift cards coming using points from a online e-mail thing I do and Sony card points I used. They are from Sears of all places because it was the one place I found I could get cards from both sources and get Spyderco knives from. Granted Sears only has 2 in their store, the web site will bring up other stores that sell through the Sears site. So, you have $70, what would you buy?

I was looking at spending a little cash and getting a Sage, but then I could get a Pacific Salt and a H1 Ladybug, or a PE Cricket and a Ladybug, or.....It goes on and on.

Hmmm... decisions, decisions. : )-
I'd rather be tried by 12, than carried by 6.

Stretch 2 if you don't have it. Manix 2 is a good $70 value as well. If you can afford the extra, the Sage 1 is a great knife. ZDP Delica or Endura are a bit over $70 as well.

I see, then a previous poster's advice is good. Save up for one of the other must haves. :D

I'd say a Manix2 is the most value packed knife in the Spyderco lineup.

I'd probably say a Sage 1 would be best. There's a lack of CF and S30V on your list of knives.

Also I agree the Para 2 is a great choice.

Put it in the bank for a rainy day. NOT! :D

Add enough for shipping and get a Manix 2. I would suggest saving a little more for another knife you may want but you might loose control and pay your light bill or something. :D
