My EDC consists of:
Dereelight C2H
47's 123 Neutral with clip
47's 123 Titanium with clip
Nitecore EX10 Modded to Neutral by Tekno_Cowboy
47's 123^2 Neutral XP-G
Nitecore Extreme R2, modded to R2 WH by me.
When I think that someone might need to borrow a flashlight, I carry a RA Twisty 100N in my pocket (for myself, I'll "lend" out (more like let someone hold) my primary light).
Sometimes I carry my Titanium Preon when I forget to bring an EDC to work. I normally keep it in a drawer here.

They issued me a mini -maglight at work years ago and I carry it on my belt daily. I use that light everyday for something and just decided I wanted something brighter but still small enough to carry on my belt .

The cree LEDs are amazing. Everything conceivable to be known about flashlights can be found here (warning, this could cost you as much as a spyderco habit): http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/forum.php
My favorite *affordable* light at the moment is 4Sevens MiNi 123A in titanium which also uses a Cree LED.

I have a couple of Fenix lights and a few Surefires.
As for Fenix lights, I have a Fenix PD30 in my bag, LD20 at home for general use, TK10 and TK11 on my carbines, and a LD01 for EDC. My wife has an E01 on her key ring.
I've given several other Fenix lights as gifts and they're all in service as far as I know. I gave my brother-in-law a L1D, he's a building manager and uses it on the job, gave my Dad a LD01, he's a computer tech and he loves it. I also gifted a L2D to my father-in-law and a LD01 to my uncle.
Of the 10 or more that I've bought over the years, one was dead on arrival. All others were perfect. They may not be the absolute best brand but Fenix is top tier and a very good value.

I have had a couple of Fenix the TK11 sold on and my current favourite is the E01 on my key chain it does everything that I need day to day .If I need some serious light I use my SF 6P with Lumens factory drop in
But for a bright edc with easily sourced batteries I don't think you will do any better

i edc on my keychain a 4 sevens quark 123. i also had a quark mini but i like the button in the back vs twisting to turn it on. they thing works great and everyone is always amazed at how bright the thing is (non-flashlight people that is, they want 1000 lumens out of a triple AAA battery..lol)

I've got a Fenix L1DCE, Novatac 85T, Lummi Raw Al (20/100 & 100/200 pills), a Lamda Revolution prototype, Quark 1xAA tactical UI, Preon I/II, and probably some others. DH has a Lumapower LM31 & Connexion Q5, a real MTE C3-907, and MTE M2, along with an assortment of LED maglights.
Not Forgotten:

MSgt. Timothy Roy Bodden

EDC
Coat Pocket: Dereelight DBS XRE-R2 (or CL1H head with Solarforce XP-G R5)
Pants Pocket: Nitecore Extreme Q5 or 4Sevens MiNi CR2 w/ tritium keychain
The Dereelight CL1H is pretty comfy for my front pocket for a 2-battery light. Still, I like a thrower in the coat pocket and a smaller general EDC for a more floody beam.

I'm a big fan of 4Sevens lights and have a wide selection of Quark RGB, Mini Quark, Preon, Preon Rev 0, and the current Big Brother, the Maelstrom altho its NOT large just powerful...........all great lights and I EDC most of them at one time or another..........I have a Stainless Preon Rev 0 that is my most regular EDC, not on the keychain as I have too much stuff on there already........all now packed in a Manbag that goes in in my Pack.........
I buy direct from 4Sevens and have always found their service first class........I've given away a number of PREON's especially to Ladyfriends, and VERY popular they are, something about easy to fit in a handbag and find again.........

I had no idea there were flashlight nuts also. I have to admit I may be subject to that interest but it hasn't hit me yet. I have two small enough to carry and two big ones. Big ones: Maglight with 3 D batteries and a Black & Decker that uses the same 14.4 battery that one of my drills uses.
Little ones: Gerber 3 LX with 3 AA batteries and 3 watt bulb. It's grey. I bought this at a Goodwill one day for $5. I got a Gerber catalog about a year later and noticed the variety of flashlights they have. I looked up my light on the internet and it costs about $40. I was amazed both by the price and my luck. It is a nice light. My other and favorite little light is a mini-maglite that I've added a Nite-Ize 1 watt LED bulb and IQ switch. The brightness doubled and the switch has 3 brightness settings (in addition to the beam focusing) and 2 strobe settings at different speeds. The flashlight plus the Nite-Ize stuff totals about $35. I use it most. Lately I'm under furniture looking for my grandson's pacifier and toys. I've been using this flashlight for about 25 years. It started with the normal bulb that blew up when I was in a huge attic about 50 feet from the entrance. There were all kinds of nails to step on not to mention I had to keep my feet on the joists so I didn't fall through the ceiling and land on someone's desk. That's why I love the LED bulbs.
One who appreciates flashlights but vows not to become a nut,

My lights are a Fenix L0D and L2T. I'm not a flashlight nut, in fact I hardly ever use them, but I try to make a point of carrying the L0D. The L2T makes a great light around the house but I honestly end up using it maybe once every three months or so.
I do want to try out one of the 4Sevens lights, though, because they have an interface that I've been wanting since I got my first Fenix (moonlight-low-med-high instead of med-low-high with no moonlight). I'd like to combine that with a Fenix headlamp mounting unit so that I could use the light for reading at night because I have a loft bed and don't have a nightlight right next to my bed.

Evidently you are a flashlight enthusiast. Combine that with your user ID makes me not want to think about what you use your flashlights for! :)

I use the lights for the same reason other people do in normal life..... :p
The usefulness of modern digital LED lights and their small size makes them ideal gifts for Ladies of my aquaintance including Family. I have a view that says a light is an important asset for Safety's sake as much as anything........

Ah, flashlights, the one passion that trumps my love of knives! I don't have experience with the Fenix E20 yet, but I do adore and thoroughly enjoy the Fenixes I do have, including the TK10, E01, L2D, P3D Q5, E01, and L0D Q4.
My EDC primarily consists of a ramping NiteCore D10 R2 in my pocket, a Fenix L0D (holiday edition) on a lanyard around my neck, and a Fenix E01 on my keychain.
Marknett, as 2cha informed/warned you about checking out CPF, hang on to your wallet if you get bitten by the flashaholic bug. CPF has a wealth of info that may inspire your desire for lights for every need under the sun and moon! :D
FYI, if you're looking for a good beater/loaner AA light, check out the Icon series designed by Paul Kim of SureFire. Micro Center has been marking down their Icon lights, and I picked up a 1XAA Rogue 1 for exactly $14 (normal price was $40.) Noted here: http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showth ... -clearance
Also, Newegg has a great deal on the 2XAA Rogue 2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6882276009

A number of years ago, I was a big fan of Inova lights. At that point, they were at the top of the game. But then they did nothing for a couple years...and still haven't done anything of importance.
When I went looking for a new light, I started on Fenix lights. I carry a PD30 all day, everyday and have a couple of TK11's for other stuff. I've been very pleased and others at work have PD20's, PD10's, LD20's and LD15's. Everyone is quite pleased with them.
Other brands that I've seen and been impressed with are JetBeam and Olight. I have an Olight on order right now, so I'll be able to give an opinion shortly.
I don't leave the house without a knife or two (or four) and at least one good flashlight. I also still have my old Maglites with aftermarket LED bulbs in the vehicles.
