Cara Cara 2 with Colors?

#1

Post by TheLateBoyScout »

Just a few wishful mock-ups.

Photoshop can do wonders, but Sal can do real magic! What do you think? Will we ever see a run of Cara Cara 2's with colored G10?

ps - I'd settle for colored FRN with that cool new bi-directional texture.

I've never been a big buyer of the Byrd line, but I've been looking at them again lately and I'd definitely like to see some color in the lineup.

I would definitely buy one of those if they ever did come out! They look great, especially in that "Byrd green".

I would probably like the green more if it were darker, like a pine collor

Looks great. Sal has mentioned that the prohibiting issue is getting consistent batch to batch color from their Chinese makers. If they can get there maybe we'll see some colorful Byrds in the future.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

That's disappointing. The new CC Rescue2 looks good to me, but I never buy black FRN... maybe I can get over it for such a cheap beater.

Do I hear Sprint Run, then? Seriously, a one off batch should solve consistency issues, and make them collectible at the same time.
