My 2011 Spyderco Forum CALENDAR arrived today!!!

#1

Post by cougar337 »

Wow, it was a surprise in my mailbox today. Spyderco did an awesome job on the calendar and it's really an honor to see all my forum buddies all in a calendar.

It was really fun entering submissions and I hope that Spyderco will do it again in 2012 because I have a ton of photos to choose from. I had such a hard time only choosing 1

I only offer only a couple of photos because I didn't want spoil it for any one that wanted the surprise for their own.

Cool! Looking forward to it. I'll keep an eye out for when they go on sale, and anxiously await mine in the meantime.

Anyone who had entered the calendar contest a few months ago with a submission, gets a free calendar.

Everyone else will have to buy one when they become available through the SFO (and possibly dealers?)

Everyone who entered a picture in the Calendar contest is getting one. I imagine they will be for sale through SFO shortly.

looks like it will be awesome.
when i heard the contest was over, and saw the winners posted, i purposely didn't look so the pics would be a suprise. :D

The first Spyderco calendar that I am aware of, I hope this becomes a yearly tradition!

I suppose when SFO has them for sale I can buy one of those angle guides too. Looks like a great calendar. I like that it's all made from input from forum members.
On order: Maxamet Native 5

I hope they keep the shipping reasonable. :)
Well I guess they learned from the whole angle-guide incident.

The guides might not be in stock when the SPO starts selling the calendars. Only nine left!

I forgot who did the cover but it looks REALLY great as a final product you can actually hold. Great job to everyone who participated.

No fair, Cougar, you live in Colorado!! :) I guess that means I still got a couple of days to go. Can't wait!!

I'm surprised they put the forum members' screenames on each picture even though they are now technically property of Spyderco. Nice touch Spydercrew....and nice work on the calendar! Looks fantastic!
