What's the best or most popular website to sell knives?? I am on some firearms forums but they don't have much in the way of knife classifieds. I have a Ducks Unlimited Q, I want to move.
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

You have to pay at Bladeforums to sell, so don't just up and post a sale thread.
Im not good at sharpening, even with a sharpmaker. How get your blade good can your blade with an edge pro system? - Bladeforums user

If you put that Q up on the bay with a 1.00 starting bid on a 7day auction, you're looking at getting a fair price. If you don't have a lot of recurring sales planned, a gold membership over at BF wouldn't be worth the money. Any other knife forum doesn't really have the traffic you're after. I'd go with ebay. Makes the most sense in your case. Take lots of pics. If you have an Iphone, download the app (it's free) and makes listing an item a laughably simple task. Cheers and good luck. The Q is a freakishly collectable piece. You'll have a dozen watchers in the first twelve hours.

Because Spyderco does not think it a good idea. Given how well this place has worked for ten years without it, I'm very much inclined to agree with them.THE PUNISHER wrote:BLADE FORUMS WILL GET THE MOST HITS LIKE SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY,you can trade there for free, why is there none on this spyderco forum?

Look through the "Good Bad Ugly" forum on BladeForums and you'll see that, even there, not every deal has a happy ending. And that's on a forum where, in order to sell you need a paid membership which requires your real name and address, so there's at least some small potential for accountability. That's not to say BladeForums is not a good place to buy or sell, but just that forum trading is inherently risky. Doing it on a "free membership" forum like this one, where you would not have even that weak safeguard would be even riskier.
