Always. Leatherman Blast.

I've had it for 1 year and 5 months now, and I don't know how I ever got around without it. I keep it at the bottom of my pocket. It's not even noticeable. An SAK just doesn't do it for me; I need the pliers. And then there's the quick-measurement ruler, screwdrivers (which are more solid than the ones in a SAK, imo), the file, the skinny screwdriver bit as a toothpick lol

But yeah, one of the most useful purchases I've ever made.

I usually always have my backpack with me, and in it is a Leatherman Juice C2 in a leather sheath with a pocket clip if I need to go mobile with it.

I regard SAKs with a lot of respect and carry a small 84mm Tourist on me everyday. Victorinox Spirit X resides in my edc bag and Leatherman Skeletool is carried IWB with my Delica.

The Leatherman Wave (the original Wave, not the new one with those crappy bits) has been my constant companion for over a decade.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

I do carry the leatherman supertool 200. i've had this for a long time(5 years) and never carried it. Now when I started to carry a knife, some of my multitool people friends kept on saying that it was all I'll even need. it got so tiring that I I gave it a try. I've not had a chance to use it yet, but I'm getting to hate the multi tool people saying it's all I'll need. carrying my spyderco isn't a need, it's a want. so there!

If SAKs count as a multi-tool, then yes, I almost always carry one.

Otherwise, I carry a Swisstool Spirit or an old Gerber when I think I'll need it, and when it's not on me, it's often in my bag or somewhere else handy.

I carry a Victorinox Soldier with me all the time, and keep a Swisstool Spirit at home. The Spirit is without a doubt the best multitool I've had the pleasure to use, and, in my experience, way outperforms Leathermans.

I decided not to vote because sometimes I carry one all the time, and sometimes I leave it @ home...sometimes it just gets carried @ work, etc. I'm not sure where to place a vote lol. The one I go with allways is my Leatherman Charge TTI  :D

My EDC is a knife, a yo-yo, a cell phone, a wallet, keys, and a magnesium fire tool on the extreme off-chance I need fire. I used to carry a multitool, but really, I never needed all the extra stuff. But the blade I needed all the time, and it was just a hassle to get to and use on a multitool.
So I keep my leatherman at home. And if I need a screwdriver or pliers, I usually just reach for... a screwdriver or pliers.
I'm not saying they're not useful, just that I never had much of a use for them. I'll throw it in my yo-yo case, and when I'm out hanging with other yo-yo enthusiasts, the pliers come in handy, and the knife is good for cutting string. But yo-yoers are fewer and farther between than hard core knife collectors.

When I was working, I kept a Schrade multi-tool in my desk at work. Took up less space than a bunch of separate tools and came in handy a fair number of times. Now that I'm retired it mostly stays at home, but I carry it occasionally when hiking. But I don't really use it around the apartment, I have better tools here.

Carry one all the time. I have a Leatherman Wave in my fat boy. I have needed it more times than I can imagine. The other day someones eye glasses fell apart and the small screw driver fixed them right up.

Around the house, no b/c I have plenty of better tools. Out and about I have a keychain Leatherman S4 Squirt for the scissors and screwdrivers (saves my Delica's tip) and access to a Supertool 300.

I own three SAKs and two Leatherman tools but I don't carry them often. When I do, it's because I have my backpack with me.

Well I carry a Leatherman Crunch, the adjustable locking wrench in my opinion is one of the best you can get, also folds away into a nice little leather pouch, cool little tool.

I collect multi-tools, I must have twenty or so, but the one I carry the most is the Victorinox Swisstool.
