Couldn't Resist!!!

Hey All, It's been quite a while since I added to the spydie collection  . I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a D4 in G-10. Found a great deal on this little gem over at KC for about $69. I've always wanted this model and just couldn't pass it up ...besides it adds to my Delica collection :D . Just thought I'd share ;) . Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

God Bless :)

I think they may only be selling the Endura G10 at that price.

I don't mean any disrespect but you might check your receipt or call them just incase. I'd hate to see you get something you didn't want (which is still a fantastic price for an E4 G10).

i was going to say the same thing but maybe he meant "e4" instead of "d4". e and d are so close on the keyboard, but like blerv said you might want to check...

Well, to be honest personally I'd prefer the Endura for THAT price anyway :D

but I am aware that maybe legal reasons prohibit carrying the Endura in some aeras.

For me, the E4 G-10 is close to the ideal EDC, if it's priced like that. For $127, it would be too precious for me to actually use it. Strange (and maybe stupid), but that's how I feel. If it's too pricey, I can't bring myself to put it to use.

If you CAN carry that knife (if it's an Endura that's on its way), maybe you'd want to keep it and use the heck out of it.

The D4 FFG G-10 is still in the catalog, normal production, not discontinued - yes?

Hey Gents you are correct. I ordered the G-10 Endura for that price ...I'm an IDIOT :o . CRAP ... that's what I get for not paying better attention. I could've swore it was the Delica??? Oh well, I still have a spydie coming at a bargain price :p . Just have to keep looking for the G-10 Delica ;) .

Hey Tony, I've always been into the Delica variations. The first spydie I ever got was an SS Delica with a full SE blade back in the early 90s. Carried it as an EDC for a long time (still have it :) ). The Delica along with the Adventura are my favorite models. I believe on of the last D4s I added to my collection was a SS PE D4 which I had STR modify for me. He bead blasted the handle and added a torx screw so the blade could be adjusted for tension ...he also added a torx screw to the back spacer. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

God Bless :)

I'm sure you can have the order canceled if you really want.

However, at that price it's a great knife and bound to get more desired over time. What a dang good deal :) .

As for discontinued, looks like only the G10 Endura.

Haha, that's great. This is why spydercos are awesome. You can order the wrong knife and still be completely happy with it :D
