Birthday Spydie: Sage 1

#1

Post by NoBite »

I posted my saga of losing 2 spydies and debating what to ask for since I had a birthday coming up. I was set on replacing my lost Native. Then, my wife found the Native!

At the suggestion of a forum member, I looked at the CF Sage1. That is what I suggested to my wife and that is what I now hold in my hand!

Awesome knife. I am impressed with the fluid, easy opening. We are accustomed to sharp Spydies out of the box and this knife is a great example of that. Wonderful ergonomics and simply elegant. My new EDC.

Hope your Sage I gives you many moments of satisfactory use! It's a very smooth knife. And happy b-day!

Happy birthday! From what I understand there really aren't any dissapointed Sage owners. I know it's one I'll own soon as well.

I like your "fluid" description of the knife. :)

Many happy returns.

The Sage 1 is in my opinion the best deal for the money there is.

I need to get my hands on one of these. I have heard too many good things about them.

Hey, one thing I forgot to discuss is how deep the Sage sits in my pocket. I REALLY like that feature. Sometimes my Native would get accidentally snagged on something and pulled out of my pocket. (That is the genesis of my lost knife story.) But, the Sage sits deeper. In fact, the positioning combined with the very secure wire clip almost makes it invisible to the average person-living-in-condition-white.
