Hi guys,

Spyderco has produced 250 samples of a new experimental Sashimi kitchen knife, traditionally known as a yanagi. It has a 7" blade of AU-8W, which is flat ground rather than chisel ground. Traditional wooden handle. About 12 1/4" overall.

SFO has them in stock if you are interested.

How are sales on this? If I were not broke I would get one.

Knife Knut on a shoestring budget. <P>RKBA
