Who has info on the szabo folding fly I heard on another forum there was a proto at the blade show-we need details

For the record, it's a concept model, not a prototype, so no guarantee it will reach production. If you can visualize what the offspring of a Khalsa and a Szabofly might look like, then throw in a flipper and Anso-like G-10 you might be close. It's one of those designs where there's no middle ground, you'll either drool or puke all over your keyboard if you get to see it. Actually, if you go to Laci Szabo's website and look at his FB Fly, you'll have a fairly good idea of what the folding version may look like.

+1 to what Paul said, that's a fairly good description. Might I also add, it's rather big by Spyderco standards, I think I estimated a 4.5" blade on it.

Deacon I looked at the fb fly and that will be a wait and see item but I'm always lobbying for a large folder :D

I went to Laci's website and it says coming soon by Spyderco. I for one would give an arm or leg for this one after having seen the forbidden pic's. I know it probably wont make it because its such a specialty item but I really REALLY want one.
