I never knew that this knife was perfect. One fell in my lap by luck and I snapped it up. Perfect! Tight, great steel (I love ATS55 for some reason) and awesome ergos. Bring it back!

Absolutely! Did they make a left handed serrated edge? Do you have a lefty stainless Police? Nice collection BTW.

As far as I know, all the Rookies were RH. I have seen pix of left hand carbon fiber Police models, and I think Paul (the Deacon) has posted a picture or two of a left hand stainless Police in SE, but I could be wrong. I don't have any lefties myself, unless you count the P III that I flipped the clip on.

The only Police I have is a lefty stainless serrated edge-I bought it about 15 years ago, and thought I had lost it as I have not seen it for those 15 years, until a month ago. BNIB. I'm not sure I even want to use it, and want a different one to put to work...

don't know if the FFG you are referring to is full-flat ground, but the regular model is available in FG (folliage green)

Well, as a lefty, I searched for left handed tools and came up with it. I wasn't even looking for a knife at the time, but it looked great, so I bought it right in the middle of moving. There it stayed for close to 15 years. It is one of only two Spydercos I owned at the time, the other being an executive that sat in another box as well for even longer.

I LOVE my G10 rookie. So nice and thin, perfect EDC.

I snagged a SS also in great shape for 23 bucks! :D

I love the G-10 Rookie! I like it so much I got two of them in case something happens to the first one. I live in an urban environment so size is always a factor. This knife while being ultra thin has the same length of blade as the Delica 4. Since Spyderco only put a liner on one side of the handle it's super thin and light. Fits very comfortably in the pocket. All in all it's the perfect EDC for me. It's taken the place of my Caly 3 CF which now feels big in comparison. The thumb hole is a little on the small side and I have big thumbs but if I get my thumbnail in there it snaps out very quickly. The only other gripe I have is I wish that they had moved the clip all the way to the end and not had the lanyard hole because as it is it sticks out a little farther out of my pocket than I'd like but I guess you can't have everything. I just stuck a lanyard on there and pull on that if I need to get it out of my pocket.

Some pics next to my ZDP Delica 4.
