Which Browser?
Dear Friends,
As an IT Tech, I am curious as to your preferred browser(s), as well as any idiosyncracies the different browsers might have in rendering various websites.
Avant? Firefox? Internet Explorer? Netscape? Others?
My thanks to you all,
Hannibal

I use Firefox at both work and at home. I like it a lot! The built in spell checker is priceless for me. For what it's worth, I also use Thunderbird for my email at home.

I would vote many times, if I could!!
I have a "few" more extensions in my Firefox, I could probably dump about 25% of them, but the rest I use. I don't know how I lived w/o it.

There isn’t any symbolism. The sea is the sea. The old man is an old man. The boy is a boy and the fish is a fish. The shark are all sharks no better and no worse. All the symbolism that people say is ****.

I use Firefox. No particular reason other than someone recommended it to me and it seems to do okay.
First they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not stand up, because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Primarily IE, but do use FF occasionally.

FF for the past year or so. Much faster than IE -- especially on the Spyderco forums. In fact, that was the reason I began looking for a new browser. The Spyderco site too forever to load. FF is instantaneous.
Users: SS Police PE, Delica 4 PE, Kopa Cocobolo, Blue Dodo SE, Yellow Pacific Salt PE, Micarta SPOT SE, Gray Calypso Jr, Temperance SE, Burgandy Jess Horn w/ZDP, UK Penknife, BB Delica 3 PE, Captain, CF Military w/BG-42, Lava, Caly3 SE, Para-Military SE, Manix CE, BB Para-Military SE, Delica 4 Wave, Ocelot CE, SpyderFly, Navigator II SE, Vagabond, D'Allara Drop Point CE, Black Assist I, Bug Set (and also: Sharpmaker, SS byrd Finch PE, Profile Set, byrd Firebyrd, Large Spyderpac, byrd Wings)
I run Linux (Ubuntu/Dapper Drake OS) on my laptop, and I love Firefox. Windows blows, and can lick my big harries for all I care. A free OS that I don't need spyware, or anti virus software for, and don't have to pay for each subsequent upgrade for...not to mention countless other PROS....just can't beat that!
Hello doctor.
I've been using IE6 for a while before version #7 became available. In between, I tried FF and found it a liitle bit odd. When IE 7 came along, all the problems that were in version 6 were obsolete.
It is now IE7 all the way....
I really like the tabs and phishing features...
And it is quite faster than the previous version.
