Depends on which screw you want to loosen. The pivot can be adjusted with a T8 driver and all other screws can be tuned with a T6 driver. The reason I mention both is that I've had good results with adjusting the action by -carefully- adjusting the pin closest to the pivot pin.

Listen to the man...this is an important bit of into for those trying to adjust play on a blade. After several years, I did this with a Millie and it makes a world of difference.

here's some extra info on tools for knife nuts.

what you usually need to have when you want to adjust knives or tinker with them, or well, whatever:

Torx:

T6
T8
T10
T15
T20

Allen ("Inbus" in Europe):

basically all sizes ranging from 1mm to 8mm approx.

make sure to have a European and a USA_SAE-International set

European sizes are in mm's, eg. a 3mm

SAE is in inches, like a 3/32"

Philips-heads:

#1 through #4 approx

Flat-heads:
something like 1 through 6mm

a pair of pliers, a vice, a cloth and a hammer are nice to have too. and plenty of other crap i forgot to mention right now..... ;)
