Bell bottom pants

#1

Post by J Smith »

are finally gone.
I have noticed just in the past week or so that celebs are wearing tight legged pants. The bell bottoms seemed to go away over night.
I am glad to see it,I hated them in the 70s and I hate them now.Maybe I will be able to find something besides BDUs to wear now.

I'm just holding out until all the flannel I wore in high school comes back into high fashion. :p :p

Sorry to be the one to break the news rolyat... these days the kids are wearing shirts with someones name spray painted across the front and blue jeans somebody hacked up with a dull machete at the factory. Oh... and the girls are wearing surplus eskimo boots and mini skirts... I don't so much mind the mini skirts.

I always wear bootcuts or flares. Always will.

Ditto on the boot cuts, makes it a lot easier to carry heat on the ankle.

I also cannot stand bell bottoms. Freaking retarded.

Edited to say: I guess they are not "freaking retarded", I just don't like 'em. ;)

The answer too what cut pants to wear isn't the same for everyone. But I imagine there's not a lot of people as into fashion as I am on this board.

That sounds nice and all but it's not exactly true. Fashion is a form of creative expression just like anything else be it film, literature, visual art, music, etc. And just like all of those there's plenty of crap and plenty of people abusing the medium for their own wants.

What's wrong with BDUs? They're the best - designed to be comfortable in the first place. :)

blah.
One of Australia's worst exports, in my opinion.

Personally, I just wear plain stuff. Nothing that's going to make me stand out, either now or 10 years in the future.
