Picture on the website shows torx screws, so I'm assuming that's what I'll get. Is there a difference structurally? On a slight tangent; what shipping carrier does the SFO use? I'd like to track my order, but I do not know where to look. Also, the website as of the time of this posting shows the PE leaf blade still in stock.sovereign wrote:Do these L'il Ts have the stop pin with the Torx screw, or are they the version with the stop pin that has no screw to hold it in place?
*Edit* tracked her with UPS. She'll be here Wednesday!
Ask me where I got my awesome SUPERHAWK!

[quote="zenheretic"]It is the latest version, that being the one that doesn't need screws for the stop pin. ]
Yup. Here's mine from this batch.

Sorry about the quality. I also like natural lighting (with a tripod) but I snapped these with my wife's point & shoot.

Is the new Lil T also going to be available in the "Trailing Point" ( Rhino HORN) blade?
Also is the new Lil T going to still be made in Golden Colorado?

If there is no play, then no. I bought and received 2 NIB L'il T SE blades a few months ago for $230 shipped for the pair. Pretty excited until I received them and found both knives had a great deal of vertical play. So, I sent them back to have them tuned up at Spyderco. After a month of waiting Amanda informed me that they could not be repaired and furthermore both knives were deemed to be too dangerous to even be sold as seconds. Basically there is zero adjustability with the non-Torx version. There is only a stop pin held in place by the liners. If you get a good one, then great. For me, I prefer the slight bit of adjustment potential with the screw version of the stop pin...SoCal Operator wrote:Picture on the website shows torx screws, so I'm assuming that's what I'll get. This was a batch of unfinished old stock at the factory. The Li'l Temp is still discontinued, it's not a reintroduction of the model.JD Spydo wrote:Is the new Lil T also going to be available in the "Trailing Point" ( Rhino HORN) blade?
