I think you can manage slightly better than that, i suggest keeping an eye on Bladeforums exchange.

Seen them go for around 50$, although 80 is probably not that bad if it's a PE and NIB.

That is a bit steep, I believe.
I think that $40 or $50 is more like it.
On the other hand, it could be rare in your country, which pushes the price.
Wonderfull design by one of your own countrymen.

thats what i think too, it's not to pricey compared to the knife prices in here, maybe i can get him to give it to me for 70$, it's the only one i'v seen and I'm sure that is the only one in that price.
i like the knife allot i would be a vary nice spyder to the collection.

I had been looking at one too, they tend to go for around 40-60$ on ebay. I have a Subcom now which is a somewhat similar knife so for now I'm content.

I recently got a PE one at Country Knives for 50 bucks. They still had some left as of yesterday. Here's the link: http://www.countryknives.com/default.asp
hope this helps and good luck! :D

Lerman,
If you decide to go with ebay, be aware that a lot of SpyderCards sold there are factory seconds. So far I have not seen any seller that would disclose it. Even if you do not care about getting seconds, the price should be adjusted IMHO. You can refer to Deacon's web site http://paulberetta.com/ (look for FAQ) to learn how to spot SpyderCard marked as a factory second. There are some pictures that would give you enough information to ask seller before bidding on ebay.
I hope it helps.

The Spydercard is an interesting novelty knife, but I would not pay more than $25 for one myself. They are not comfortable to use and rust fairly easily.

It is really a back up knife but a heck of a gnifty design...as Deacon says, the do rust VERY easily if not treated.
