Why buy spyderco? I always think that the prices where due to the quality of your knives. Anyway, I have myself two spyddies, a civilian and a military and I'm gladly satisfied. I was so astounds when a friend said me that he broke his military !!! He's not a liar, and I trust him. He was cutting a plastic tube when the blade break-off! how is it possible? I personnaly never had this type of problem but for a most than $200 clue, it's quite odd. It is normal comparaded to the price and to the general quality of the spyderco or is it a manufactory-default? Thank you for answering, I'm new on this forum.

Hi Incubus. Welcome to the forum. I have an email from someone that broke a Military. We're trying to retrieve it for testing. It's not a common problem
