Yep Samo,
On salads, on steaks, beef stroganoff. With portobellos I use the Civilian.On oyster mushrooms the Merlin/Harpy.

Since you are looking for a Matriach (NIB), and following a sensitised discussion over the sales of this particular piece to LEO personnels only, my guess is (I maybe wrong) : you musta be some High-Sierra lawman with a passion for toothy reversed "S" spydies...*hee-hee!* <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> Or a guy who takes the harvesting of mushrooms in the wild very seriously! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> I saw a picture posted on the BF featuring some black FRN-handled Matriachs. Very lovely blades. I guess pairing it with the Civillian will put a smile on any spydernut... I know that warm feeling when you have a pocket-full-o-spydies! <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
