Why not New Graham - many Knife Knuts in Australia buy from them with no problems.

You could try http://www.flame-n-knives.com

just as an example

I bought a Delica that I just received

the knife cost me 41,26 on new graham + the shipping it came to 62,45$ US (80$ Canadian)

then when I received it I had a paper from the postal service that I have to pay 21,06 canadian to get the knife (custom fees)

Yesterday I received a sharpmaker and a para-military from worldwideknives.com

paid 169$ for both + 12$ shipping

they put fake prices on the customs declaration so I had nothing to pay to receive the package. Having bought all that from NGK it would have cost me ~55$ Canadian to get the package

Ah! I can see your problems. We don't have to pay customs duty. That postage you paid on the New Graham seems wrong. Did you query it? To get a Delica here (no insurance) we only pay $9.00US.

Don't know about "changing" the customs dec's though - our policy is that we won't alter customs decs, too much too lose if we get caught, although can't blame you if you get a company that will. It seems the Canadian and Australian Dollar is about the same!

I always ask for insurance for what I buy on the web

this is why it's so expensive ;)

It's true that I can save some bucks there

Salut mon ami:

Le Baron Ourdoor Sports, http://www.lebaron.ca/ . They have a store in Montreal, or you can order on-line from their catalogue (which is a series of PDF files). Le Baron carry the Sharpmaker, and they also carry the medium and fine ceramic triangles separately. They do not stock the diamond triangles, but they would likely order them for you. I purchased my diamond triangles from S & R Knives here in Toronto http://www.srknives.com/ , but they had to order them as well.
To every complex problem, there are numerous, simple, easy-to-understand wrong answers.

Well, Mariner beat me to it :p

And if you order from them, like I said on a previous post, they can order any :spyder: you want at a fair price... Hey, they carry the Manix for less than 145.00$ can. Wich is 116.00$Us... NGK sells it exactly the same price... :) ... And if you talk to the right person over there (forgot his name) well, you even have nice service...

Your in Montreal, there should be a LeBaron near you. They should have the med. and fine stones, you can order the diamond from them and they will get them with their next Spyderco order. Thats what I did through the Mississauga store (Ultrafine stones).
You could have bought the Delica there too for around $55 CAD.

Burt :)
