Thanks for alerting me to this rycen. I share your dismay. Very sad news. As someone who has had to shut down a company, lay off all employees (including myself), and deal with the asset proceedings I can tell you that I would not wish this fate on anyone. I will always treasure my AAA, AA, and 4+.

Oh crap!
I am glad I got my AAA LE back.It was the last run.Just got it 3 or 4 days ago via Fed X.
Very sorry to here of this,they made some great lights.

That is sad. A good product. Good response from the maker to his ELU. I am very satisfied with the Arc items I have. I would have recommended them to others.

Quality is not a prerequisite to success, unfortunately.

Thanks for the info, rycen. It's very sad indeed for such a great company to go down. <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I hope that my Arc AAA lasts me for a long time.

Sad news... Luckily I still have my LSL-L and the AAA PE which is the best thing ever...

I have several Arc flashlights and an really sorry to here they are going out of business. Great product. I read the account on Candlepower forum, sad state of affairs. I can only imagine how bad the owner feels about his employees and loyal customers.
