No purchases this year yet. Don't know when I'll be able to again for that matter. However, I am expecting a G10 Manbug any day now that was purchased with gift cards just after Christmas....

I'm as happy about this inebriated purchase as I'm mad at myself. But I knew I'd have to be a little loose to pull the trigger on these two. No new knives til at least my birthday.
That's a serious order man. I've always wanted the S90V military, the price is too high for me right now though. Maybe someday.

So..is your birthday in February ;)

I've been carrying my original SALT on a simple paracord neck rig (original clip removed, cord through the hole in a Lark's Head knot; plastic breakaway barrel cord connecters).
I decided that I wanted the more compact--and disassembly-ready--Dragonfly 2 Salt, so I just ordered one an hour ago from Knifecenter.com (along with a Spyderco Kitchen Utility Knife to keep my ollllld Santoku company).

Found a combo edge, hollow ground Manix 2 in S30v that I snatched up. Promptly went home and installed Allen Putnam orange G10 scales on it.

None yet, but I'll be in Vegas for my birthday in a few days and I plan to check out the knife store I found when I was there last time. They had more rare and discontinued Spydercos in one place than I've ever seen...a LOT more. Bought my ZDP Caly Jr. and SE Spyderhawk when I was there last, so I'll browse around and likely select something then.

G10/VG10 Dragonfly should be arriving with my UF rods for the Sharpmaker tomorrow. I had one that was lost about a year ago. The Super Blue Dragonfly I received for Christmas reminded me just how much I love the Dragonfly. It is the epitome of the "Little Big Knife" concept to me.

NICE MAN!

And yea, I might try and convince myself no other new knives for the year. I'll see how that goes. Everything else I want is production so unless it gets discontinued I'm good :)

I just ordered a Des Horn from White Mountain Knives. Can't wait. I really like the looks of that knife! It's kind of odd in a good way. Make me think of style, art and architecture. Will be back here with pitures when I get it.

But I have to admit that I have another knife on it's way too, a ZT 0770CF. So to be honest I don't which one will arrive here up north first!

H1 Ladybug hawkbill. It's not for me, though. A coworker keeps eyeing mine, so I decided to pick one up to gift him.

Never fancied this or Domino but was watching YouTube video on PITS and saw this in motion and realised it was almost perfect for me...
