You mean panels ? I'd say having re sprayed two Vw campers that's poor work and a lack of preparing a quality primer matched to the end colour.
I don't profess to know the engineering process and how it translates in wear but I'd imagine this in the motor industry is being used for high end marques anyhow.
How tough is the Carbon fiber?

It's probably because part of the name is literally "fiber" and that calls nature to the construction where as G10 doesn't.
