Yes I have that baby! But it is not the "Phoenix". That is the Custom Handmade "PUSH" by Howard Viele/Liong Mah. This is what the Phoenix is based on. Waiting for the Phoenix to come out as I want to have the original knife that the Spyderco "Phoenix" collaboration is based on along with the Spyderco version.
It's better to have knife and not need it than to need a knife and not have it.
