I like my 561 a lot. IMHO it is great heavy duty blade, if you need one. I am thinking about 0562CF for a while. I wish it would have 3mm stock. Still cannot imagine slicer with 4mm thick blade. Let us know how it compares in slicing to para or military.

This one sure doesn't look 4MM. And, honestly, its one of the best slicers I have. Comparable to the Domino even. The hollow grind is so high, its like a FFG.

Is it hollow? I thought it was flat. It sure looks like it in pictures.

Lol, My mistake. Its FFG. I'm still new to this. I thought it was a high hollow grind :eek:
