That's a good point "Enkidude" because law has become a highly specialized type of practice in this day and age. I would listen to Enk because he's right about finding an attorney that specializes in DUI offenses. Your attorney through a "discovery" process will be able to find out what your blood alcohol content is so don't worry about that. Let your attorney do all of the legwork because that is what you'll pay a lot of money for. It won't be cheap I can assure you.

My brother got one a few years back and the attorney got him off "scott-free" due to some paperwork foul up but it cost him just a little over $6000. If you plead guilty to a DUI without the help of an attorney it will truly be a form of suicide to most aspects of your life. The system is so dastardly corrupt that if you go in front of judge without any competent representation it will absolutely ruin your life I can assure you.

I believe you are a normal guy that just made a bad mistake but let this be your very last one for sure. I don't know about the laws in Pennsylvannia but here in Missouri most DUIs are prosecuted as a felony>> your attorney can probably get some reduction or plea bargain. But talk to some folks you trust and be very careful about your selection of an attorney because this could really come back to haunt you forever. We've all made mistakes that we deeply regret. I just hope and pray that you learn a great lesson from all of this. You'll be in my prayers Brother. And I am super glad no one including yourself got hurt or died needlessly. Keep us posted.

JD, this is a year old thread that was resurrected by a spammer. I'm pretty sure it's all over but shooting the cripples by now.
