Obviously not licensed Spyderco, but I don't think this is exactly a counterfeit. More like 3rd party accessory.

Exactly. Just a poorly worded ad for a stone that will fit a Spyderco 204 Sharpmaker. Not seeing any claims that it was made by, or for Spyderco themselves or is licensed by them, but don't really see any need for it to be licensed either. More like an ad for 3rd party grips to fit a specific make and model of handgun. OTOH, it's from China, so I'd be somewhat leery about the quality.
